Privacy policy

Last updated: October 2, 2026

This English version is provided for convenience. The French version prevails.

VisualFlow Analytics complies with Québec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, as amended by Law 25. This policy explains what information we collect on this site, why, and how to exercise your rights.

1. Who we are

VisualFlow Analytics is responsible for the personal information collected on this site.

Address: [ADRESSE DE L'ENTREPRISE — À COMPLÉTER]

2. Person in charge of the protection of personal information

For any question, access request or complaint, contact our person in charge of the protection of personal information: [NOM ET TITRE DU RESPONSABLE — À COMPLÉTER], [COURRIEL DU RESPONSABLE — À COMPLÉTER], [ADRESSE DE L'ENTREPRISE — À COMPLÉTER].

3. Information we collect

When you fill out the form: your first name, phone number, trade, number of employees, number of quotes sent per month, and the date and time of your consent.

When you book a call: the information you provide in the booking tool, such as your name, email and chosen time.

Automatically, as you browse: your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, the source of your visit (for example an ad) and advertising identifiers created by the Meta pixel.

4. Why we use it

We use your information to contact you about your request, schedule and hold the call, present our offer and measure the effectiveness of our ads. We do not use it for any other purpose without your consent, except where the law allows.

5. Tracking technologies

This site uses the Meta pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure visits and requests coming from our ads. These tools can identify you or build an advertising profile. When we send your phone number or first name to Meta, they are hashed first.

You can turn these technologies off by blocking third-party cookies in your browser, using an ad blocker or changing your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account.

6. Sharing with third parties

We never sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers that help us run this service, and only as needed: our web host (Vercel), our CRM, our internal messaging tool (Slack), our booking tool (Cal.com) and Meta Platforms for ad measurement.

Each provider is contractually bound to protect your information and use it only for the intended purposes.

7. Transfers outside Québec

Some of these providers store information outside Québec, including in the United States. Before any transfer outside Québec, we assess the privacy factors to make sure your information will be adequately protected.

8. Retention

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then destroy or anonymize it. Information about people who do not become clients is destroyed no later than 24 months after the last contact.

9. Security

We take reasonable security measures to protect your information: encrypted connections, access limited to people who need it, and reputable providers. If a confidentiality incident presents a risk of serious injury, we will notify the people concerned and the Commission d'accès à l'information.

10. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, withdraw your consent at any time, and receive your information in a structured, commonly used technological format. To stop receiving our texts, reply STOP to any message.

To exercise your rights, write to [COURRIEL DU RESPONSABLE — À COMPLÉTER]. We will reply within 30 days.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca).

11. Minors

This site is intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information about people under 14.

12. Changes

We may change this policy. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page. If there is a significant change, we will post a notice on this site.
